A wine with an intense and persistent ruby red color, soft and elegant, expressing strong notes of the territory that guide it towards more demanding palates.

Grape varieties

Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Nocera, and Nero d’Avola, cultivated using 4.0 agriculture methods and certified organic.

Production area

Sicily, in the municipality of Messina, specifically in the village of Gesso at approximately 200 meters above sea level, on medium-textured soils, sometimes predominantly gypsum-rich.

Vinification and aging

24 months of aging in steel, wood, and glass. The first 12 months, the wine is aged in steel tanks, followed by 6 months in two types of 500-liter tonneaux: one in medium-toast French oak and one in grand reserve oak. Finally, the blended wine undergoes an additional 6 months of bottle aging.

Food pairing

Suitable for accompanying meat-based dishes, excellent with aged cheeses.
