From their passion for the land, Stelio and Maria Luisa embarked on a family project, choosing to reclaim a part of their history with the courage to follow their own production philosophy. This endeavor is seasoned with determination, enthusiasm, and ambition.

PHOS and GYPSOS
Two wines are currently produced, each with a unique stylistic line that pays tribute to FARO, the DOC of the City of Messina. The labels graphically represent historic vehicles owned by the family, with beams of light radiating from lighthouses to highlight the family coat of arms, the company logo, and the names of the labels themselves:
GYPSOS FARO DOC vintage 2021 is crafted according to specifications from a blend of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, and Nocera. The grapes are vinified partly in steel and partly in medium-toasted, large French oak tonneaux, followed by further refinement in the bottle. This wine is the crown jewel of the company, embodying the heart of Messina's winemaking tradition.
PHOS IGT Terre Siciliane Bianco vintage 2022 is made from Nerello Mascalese grapes vinified in white in stainless steel with temperature-controlled fermentation, blended with a percentage of Chardonnay vinified entirely in tonneaux. It is a fresh and balanced wine, with Sicilian organoleptic notes and elegant nuances, mirroring the refined aesthetic lines of the bottle.
